When is a bicyclist not required to ride to the right of the roadway?

A bicyclist is not required to ride to the right of the roadway in several situations. These include when passing another vehicle traveling in the same direction, preparing to make a left turn, avoiding hazards, riding in a designated bicycle lane, or riding on a one-way street with at least two lanes.
